Returns Policy
At Dokibook we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Dokibook, simply return it to us in its original condition with your RMA number within 28 days from the date of delivery and we will issue a refund for the price of the item, after subtracting 20% value as restocking fee. We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage. Please make sure that your package can be tracked online. Your refund will automatically be processed via the same method your payment was made, please allow up to 10 business days from delivery receipt for the credit to appear on your statement.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfied with the product
- Wrong item or size was ordered
- Changed mind about keeping product
- Accidental double order
